Job Description

Overview & Role description:Our client is looking for a Head HR, who will be accountable for the complete scope of HR function, work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver end to end HR solutions that meet the business requirements of a fast-growing, agile growth oriented start-up.

He/ she will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing Talent and Culture initiatives and eventually make our client into an 'Employer of Choice'. Geographically and over time, the incumbent will be required to focus on several regions outside of India, including Middle East, SE Asia, Oceania over the next 1-3 years' time horizon.Primary responsibilities and accountabilities

* Articulate and communicate the Vision and Strategy for the HR function, in line with the dynamic business goals and priorities.

* Design and implement an efficient talent management framework including Leadership & Succession Planning, Career Development and Learning, Senior Leadership Coaching, and critical/ key hire development. The incumbent will be required to make success of key initiatives such as Technical and Behavioural Competency framework and Organisation Development and Growth Readiness (ODGR).

* Strategize and lead all talent-related pillars such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management reviews, Compensation & Benefits, Assessment Centers (ACs/ DCs), and Employee Lifecycle.

* Manage all international HR requirements including contract and employee management, Employee Handbook, Compliance, and performance reviews. Manage all HR processes, frameworks, and systems for an employee base of 200-300 over the next 6-9 months. As the Company grows and scales, the incumbent will be responsible for managing an exponentially increased employee base, across multi-regions.

* Driving the Learning & Development interventions for all employees across levels and facilitate in creating a culture of collaboration and collective success.

* Developing a high performing recruitment team that can support business plans. * Advise, counsel, and guide the business leadership team in executing the HR plan.

* Build strong relationships internally to partner with business and manage interactions.

* Drive change through organization design and culture and implement the same.

* Work closely on employee relations - review of HR policies and processes - as required from time to time and in line with the local labour laws.

* Custodian of all statutory and non-statutory compliances including payroll and labour laws

The Successful Applicant

He/ She needs to be a self-starter with 'growth mindset' to be able to take up 'industry first' challenging assignment with the approach of a 'entrepreneur-manager' (do-what-you-have-to-do, v/s to do- what- you- have- to be -told to do)* Minimum 14-18 years of overall experience, including 5 years of progressive HR Leadership experience, preferably in Technology or professional services organisation. Must have a full-time MBA from a premier institute.
* Proven experience working successfully with Business Leadership teams and should have had the experience of managing growth and scale in prior assignments.

* Demonstrated success as an HR professional supporting a dynamic, growing, and fast-paced organization. Global HR Transformation experienced desired.

* Should be adept with Technology.
* Ability to spearhead initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
* Should be able to adapt in an agile work environment with a strong solution-oriented approach.
* Never afraid to question notions or beliefs of how things should be done.
