The role leads the full HR function, driving talent strategy, organisation design, compensation and leadership development across a large, multi-location infrastructure platform.It requires a senior HR leader who can scale systems, build a strong talent pipeline and shape a high-performance culture while partnering closely with the CEO.

About Our Client

  • The client is a fast-growing infrastructure platform that operates and manages multiple national highway assets across India.
  • They oversee large-scale road operations, maintenance, toll management and project governance through a network of dedicated SPVs, with a strong focus on operational excellence and long-term asset performance.

Job Description

  • Lead the overall HR function and align people strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and leadership hiring across multiple locations.
  • Drive organisation design, scalability and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement compensation frameworks, incentive structures and benefits policies.
  • Build succession plans and leadership development programs for critical roles.
  • Ensure HR governance, statutory compliance, and implementation of best-practice policies.
  • Strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on all strategic people matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • A seasoned HR leader with 15-25 years of experience managing large, multi-location workforces, ideally within infrastructure, logistics, construction or related sectors.
  • Strong in organisation design, compensation strategy, talent planning and leadership development, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build scalable HR systems.
