The Head of Human Resources - India will be responsible for leading the full HR charter across the GCC in India. This role oversees all HR verticals including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.The ideal candidate is a strategic and influential HR leader capable of partnering with senior global stakeholders and driving people transformation in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the India HR strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Serve as a key member of the India leadership team, advising on organizational development, workforce strategy, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives supporting business transformation.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for India, including leadership hiring.
  • Build strong hiring pipelines across technology, functional, and business roles.
  • Strengthen employer branding and hiring governance frameworks.

HR Business Partnering

  • Lead the HRBP team to support business units across India.
  • Partner with business leaders on org design, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure consistent employee experience and high engagement levels.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy for India.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and policy alignment with global standards.
  • Ensure competitive and compliant C&B practices

Learning & Development

  • Build leadership development frameworks and capability-building programs.
  • Design and deliver learning journeys to strengthen talent and future skills.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth.

HR Operations, Governance & Compliance

  • Strengthen HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal audits.
  • Drive policy modernization and HR technology enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA/Master's in HR from a reputed institute.

  • 20+ years of broad HR experience across TA, HRBP, C&B, and L&D.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in mid- to large-scale organizations.
  • Strong ability to influence senior global stakeholders and operate in matrix environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving transformation, scaling teams, and managing complex multi-location setups.
  • Executive presence with strong communication, strategic thinking, and high cultural agility.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing HR teams
