The HR Head will oversee all aspects of HR practices & processes in the Restaurants/ QSR sector. This role, based in Bengaluru, requires expertise in managing HR functions to foster a productive & positive work environment.

The client is a small-sized enterprise in the Hospitality industry, specifically within the Restaurants sector. It is known for its focus on delivering quality services and maintaining a strong operational framework.

Job Description

  • Head HR and manage end-to-end HR processes & functions.
  • Ensure legal Compliance throughout HR management practices.
  • Bridge management and Employee Relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Maintain a positive & productive work environment within the organization.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful individual in this role should meet the following criteria:

  • Fluency in Kannada language is a MUST.
  • Experience in Restaurants/ QSR/ Food/ Hospitality industry is a MUST.
  • Proven expertise in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies & procedures.
