Job Description

  • Drive business development and convert client needs into strategic consulting engagements.
  • Lead and deliver HR projects.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Design tailored solutions and support pre-sales proposals.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee project execution.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through content and events.



The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate is a 2017 or earlier MBA graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, with prior consulting experience or a strong interest in transitioning into consulting.
  • Candidates from non-consulting backgrounds must have relevant experience in the BFSI sector.
  • They should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. Business development orientation is essential.
