If you instinctively know the 3 secs rule for video that makes audiences stop the scroll, stay engaged, and transition from watching content to footfall at the clinic - this is your role. You'll be the force behind firm's in-house content studio - storytelling generating revenue.

Job Description

Pre-Production

● Research topics, category myths to draw fact based insights

● Convert insights into marketing narratives and compelling creative angles

● Build a content calendar with diverse content pieces that breaks the content fatigueProduction

● Direct and coach non-actors: customers, clinic doctors, health experts, and founders

● Develop real, documentary-style content - interviews, explainer vlogs, story-led reels

● Ensure strong "reason-to-believe" to appeal to audience that yearns for "show me the proof"

Post-Production

● Shape raw, candid footage into curiosity-driven stories using AIDA framework

● Use B-rolls, on-screen text, and music to heighten relevance and impact

● Craft thumb-stopping headlines, scroll-stopping 3-second hooks and storyline that raises desire to act

● A/B test creative variants to identify winners

Performance

● Collaborate tightly with the performance marketing team

● Study CTR, watch time, engagement, and lead quality

● Identify what's working - and evolve your editorial strategy accordingly

Team Management

● Lead internal content team:- Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, Writers

● Manage external vendors:- VO artists, anchors, influencers, camera crews

● Use methodical workflows to ensure production quality, volume, and delivery timelines are consistently met

● Instill a performance-first mindset in the team while nurturing creativity and speed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Video Content should have:

  • Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience in digital video content production
  • Proven track record of creating short-form content that has succeeded organically on YouTube, Meta, or Instagram
  • Deep understanding of what drives organic engagement: hooks, storyline, CTA
  • Strong ability to lead on-camera storytelling involving non-actors
  • Experience in project management for fast-moving content calendars
