Job Description

  • Lead and direct the company's technological development.
  • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
  • Identify and implement technology trends and platforms that will give the company a competitive advantage.
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to the development team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Technology' should have:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with experience of leading teams of minimum 10 members
  • Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO
  • Candidate should come with experience - working in Xamarin/MAUI, .NET and Azure
