Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- Drive product development as part of an integrated global team focused on outstanding execution
through local team agility and empowerment
· Develop and attract a talent pipeline for effective succession planning and review the current team for
required skills to create an effective technology organization for the future
· Promote a culture that embraces change and innovation, established service orientation, accountability
and focus on supporting a complex global and fast-paced business
· Develop metrics and KPIs to assess overall performance of the captive centers and individual product
delivery teams, while maintaining a high standard and commitment to quality
· Ability to coordinate and collaborate across product teams, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and
information security to reduce technology risk and maximize performance
· Keep abreast of and develop a perspective on digital trends, technology changes and innovations critical
to the ongoing success of the centers
· Utilizes strong fiscal prudence and in-depth knowledge of financial principles to develop charge-back
models, allocations, and oversee department budgets
· Responsible for governance and controls of the technology platform, ownership of policies and procedures
and supporting audit engagements
· Oversee delivery and performance of vendor partners, service providers and software or equipment

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader with a track record of driving operational excellence
and product development and support across a global enterprise. This executive should be a high-energy
dynamic leader, excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, and have the ability to drive
delivery teams to successful outcomes. In addition, the candidate should possess:
· Approximately 15 years of experience leading an integrated offshore technology delivery center
· Experience working in highly fluid and service-based environments requiring agility to adjust to the
shifting needs and stakeholder priorities
· Experience working directly with US-based leadership team and globally distributed internal and vendor
partner teams
· Ability to work, negotiate, and influence outcomes in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
· Experience in driving solutions and outcomes to ensure the organisation is competitively positioned through product
development, digital transformation, and data assets
· Expertise in modern technology concepts, platforms, and methodologies to accelerate change and foster
an innovative culture and environment

· Experience leading a rapidly scaled technical organization while maintaining outstanding delivery, service
excellence, and quality
· Experience delivering high-quality products, platforms, and services, at scale

teams, and instilling a culture of creativity, accountability, and productivity
