Performance Management: Build a performance-driven culture with robust frameworks and analytics.

Learning & Development: Lead initiatives for leadership development, career pathways, and innovative learning experiences.

Culture & Change Leadership: Embed organizational values and lead cultural transformation programs.

Strategic HR Projects: Manage cross-functional projects including digital HR transformation and talent mobility.

Additional Responsibilities: Workforce planning, succession, DEI, and policy governance.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 12+ years in strategic HR roles with expertise in performance, L&D, and engagement; experience in large-scale transformation preferred.
  • Education: Master's degree or PG diploma in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, execution capability, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, digital fluency, and strong communication skills.
