Our client is a large financial services firm in the brokerage sector, boasting a significant footprint across India with a talented workforce of over 5000 employees.

Job Description

  • Strong tech hiring experience with technology platforms is a must
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head Talent Acquisition' should have:

  • 12-15 years of overall experience
  • Prior experience with tech hiring with tech platforms is a must
  • Open to Mumbai as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience in dealing with tech hiring
  • Experience of financial services is an added advantage
