About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing startup with a foot print in over 7 cities in India.
They have seen rapid growth in the last 5 years and are now in the next phase of their growth story.
With the growth in their business in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong experience working with startups in hiring for roles in Technology/Non-Technology domain to join them in a team leading role.
Reporting into VP HR, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organisation and responsible to drive initiatives for talent management across levels.
You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function with the support of a team.
The Successful Applicant
MBA from an reputed institution with around 8 to 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition across technology/non-technology functions.
You should have lead a team of TA professionals and managed partners including vendors.
Prior experience of working with a technology startup is a must.
