Job Description

  • Develop and execute FMCG-focused TA strategies
  • Lead and mentor a skilled recruitment team
  • Collaborate with leadership to align talent needs with growth objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end sourcing and selection, from initiating vacancies to on-boarding
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies for assigned divisions and levels
  • Objective is to reduce dependence on vendors
  • Responsible for contributing in building the Employee Value Proposition for the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • A track record of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
  • Having an MBA degree from a tier I B-school (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, IIM) is preferable
  • A proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, achieving outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organization.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative candidate experience.
