Job Description

Head of Support is a hands-on manager of the entire support team, with their escalation layers

The position will lead the support function, engage with cross functional teams as well as client partners

Develop systems and processes that will make it possible to improve on the practices and skill profiles constantly.

Observe the patterns in client support needs, tweak the support function based on feedback and create an expert repository

Responsible for effectively improving customer satisfaction

Powerful management of stakeholders based out of US and Europe regions

Document a repository of experiences to serve as active reference to build expert systems for customer support fucntion

The Successful Applicant

Dynamic candidates having upto only 14 years of total IT experience and majority working experience in a product support leadership role

Mandatory experience in supporting enterprise level software products in a product company

Managed the support fucntion for the organisation with a team of 20+ members

Experience in support of high-end software - on Linux, Docker

Highly expected to have exposure to US/UK based clients

Good to have experience in delivery/support of security software

Experience in implementing project management tools for support will give an edge

Qualification in engineering and management

Project Management certifications
