Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end logistics for beauty products, including imports, warehousing, distribution and 3PL management
  • Manage import documentation, customs clearance and compliance for India's beauty‑specific regulatory requirements (BIS/WPC/WCCB/ingredients restrictions)
  • Ensure timely inbound/outbound flow of goods, inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations
  • Drive supplier/vendor performance, cost optimisation and contract negotiations
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for logistics service providers to achieve service excellence
  • Oversee reverse logistics, replenishment planning, dispatch scheduling and transportation allocation
  • Maintain SOPs for international shipments, local deliveries and compliance workflows
  • Lead projects involving regulatory approvals, certification, and supply chain system enhancements
  • Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, retail, finance and global logistics teams
  • Mentor and guide operational teams to strengthen capability and process adherence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Supply Chain should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics operations, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or personal care categories
  • Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs processes and India‑specific compliances for beauty products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 3PL partners, warehouse operations and domestic/international logistics flows
  • Proven track record in cost optimisation, process improvement and operational excellence
  • Experience handling high‑SKU environments with precision and speed
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; comfort working in a fast‑paced, premium/luxury environment
