We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to join as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development. You will drive M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and work closely with the Board to shape the company's future.

Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing listed entity in it space in the manufacturing domain.

Job Description

  • Play a strategic, hands-on leader role as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and adjacent markets.
  • Lead M&A opportunities: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and synergy analysis.
  • Engage with investment bankers, consultants, rating agencies, and other advisors.
  • Prepare Board-level presentations and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive post-transaction integration and operational synergies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • MBA (IIM/ISB/Top Global B-School) + Finance/Engineering background preferred.
  • Proven track record in evaluating and executing deals (₹100-500+ cr).
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, promoter-led listed company environment.
