Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing strategy and PMO functions of the GTM team and work as a bridge between both sides.
- To work as the fulcrum around which the strategic projects will get driven and execution of mid-term and long-term durations.
- Will play a critical role in driving the projects across divisions such as new products pipeline, business analytics and initiatives etc.
- Responsible for managing a team of 4 to people.
- Reporting to : Director of Strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Should have a strategic mindset and good understanding of leading projects, analytics and deriving insights.
- Consulting background is a must, pharma is preferred but not limited to.
- Ideal candidates : ex-consultants or project leaders/principals from BCG, McKinsey, Bain and the likes.
- Experience : 6 - 8 years
