Job Description

  1. Extensive experience in managing and generating business in Semi Managed/ Managed staffing solutions business.
  2. Maintaining great client relationships and consistent wallet share growth via farming and account management.
  3. Expertise in client Management, Stakeholder management and Strong Business Development
  4. acumen, along with experience in managing Talent Acquisition.
  5. Responsible to generating Gross Margin and Revenue at top level & bottom-line EBITDA.
  6. Provides strategic direction by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
  7. Works on client retention and strategize the internal and external revenue.
  8. Get involved with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization.
  9. Determines ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance.
  10. Engages in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years in leading sales/operations in staffing with a specialized focus on retail clients
  • MBA in Sales/Operations/Marketing preferred
  • Current/preferred location to be Delhi
