- 15+ years of total experience with atleast last 10 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of overachieving targets
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Very string connects in retail, ecommerce and payments industry
- Should have had experience in startups or a startup mindset to build things from scratch
