Job Description

  • Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs.
  • Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities / Enhancements
  • Negotiating deals with vendors, clients, banks and NBFC
  • Stakeholder management across levels and functions
  • Core Focus on business development, promotion and brand building
  • Define metrics for monitoring the performance & effectiveness of the existing alliances
  • Development of deep understanding of value generated through the alliance and working on programs to accelerate impact.
  • Manage end to end relationships and drive growth through existingas well as new relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-14 years of experience in Alliances/Sales role (with Banks/NBFC)
  • Preferably from a Fintech setup
  • Has strong relationships with Banks/NBFCs across India
  • Tier 1/2 MBA
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
