Quickly identify and close revenue leaks to maintain a healthy pipeline.- Retention & ExpansionWork with Customer Success and Product to reduce churn, manage key accounts, and build playbooks for upsell and cross-sell. Track NPS/CSAT and boost customer advocacy.- Marketing LeadershipLead growth marketing across SEO, paid channels, content, and experiments. Build an efficient inbound/outbound demand engine and optimize channel performance.- Sales & PartnershipsBuild and scale outbound sales motions, lead pipeline reviews, close deals, and grow affiliate/partner programs.
