Upgrading channel partner network
- Responsible for the overall distributor network health
- Institutionalize assessment, selection, appointment, onboarding and scale-up process for distributors
- Identify white spaces and drive distributor appointment and scale-up
- Periodic assessment of distributor quality, and interventions to upgrade existing distributor's performance and their satisfaction with the client
- Dramatically and sustainably expanding direct retail coverage
- Institutionalizing sales enabling systems and processes
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should have over 12 years of experience in the engineering industry. Ideal candidate should have a Sales Development/Go to market exposure. Our client is preferring people who have worked in the channel sales setup and worked towards the sales strategy part.
The Candidate should come with a growth mindset and willingness to take more responsibility. Our client is looking for dynamic, aggressive and agile people who are not averse to the changing environment and are highly entrepreneurial.
