Our client is a trusted and pioneering name in chemicals industry, known for its innovative products and customer-centric approach. The company is looking for an accomplished QA professional to lead its Quality Assurance function.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing QA processes and procedures.
  • Overseeing end-to-end quality processes, including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished goods quality
  • Leading initiatives for continuous improvement in product quality, manufacturing processes, and operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, BIS, FDA, Food Safety licensing FSSAI 22000).
  • Preparing for and leading external quality audits and certifications
  • Managing and mitigating risk within the QA process.
  • Working closely with R&D, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chain

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Quality Assurance should have:

  • Must be a PHD with bachelor's degree in engineering/science & MSc. (Chemical, or related disciplines preferred).
  • Open to Bhavnagar, Gujarat as a location.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful QA strategies in large-scale manufacturing setups.
