Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsResponsible for Planning, Execution, and Delivery of Pharma ProjectsOpportunity to work on both India + Global Greenfield/Brownfield ProjectsAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading Pharmaceutical organisation with multiple manufacturing sites in India in addition to a dedicated Research & Development CentreJob DescriptionLead the end-to-end execution of Greenfield/Brownfield pharmaceutical projects, including facility design, equipment procurement, construction, qualification, and handover.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, and quality standards for all Greenfield activities.Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, QA/QC, Manufacturing, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment with organisational goals.Select and manage external consultants, EPC contractors, design firms, and other service providers.Oversee the development of URS, layout plans, HVAC, cleanroom design, utilities (WFI, HVAC, compressed air, etc.), and automation systems.Ensure strict compliance with global regulatory standards (US FDA, EU GMP, WHO, MHRA, etc.) and industry best practices.Monitor construction progress, control project scope, and resolve issues in a proactive and timely manner.Lead project governance reviews and regularly report progress, risks, and financial performance to executive leadership.Ensure facility is operationally ready for validation, inspection, and production within agreed timelines and costs.Drive EHS compliance during construction and commissioning phases.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering /Master's degree preferred.15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale Greenfield projects in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record in delivering pharmaceutical plants (OSD, Sterile,Injectables, Biologics) from concept to operational readiness.Strong knowledge of GMP, GEP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.).Experience in working with EPCM/EPC contractors and global engineering standards.Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).What's on OfferLeadership RoleMarket Leading CompensationQuote job refJN-032025-6694619Job summaryFunctionEngineering & ManufacturingSub SectorProject / Programme ManagementWhat is your area of specialisation?Healthcare / PharmaceuticalLocationDelhiJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-032025-6694619
