Job Description

Reporting to the COO you will:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for new plant setups, expansions, technology upgrades, and infrastructure development.
  • Drive greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, safety, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EHS, and Procurement.
  • Define and implement engineering standards, policies, and procedures across locations.
  • Promote the use of advanced engineering tools, simulation models, and modern construction practices.
  • Ensure optimal equipment layout, utility design, and plant engineering for operational efficiency.
  • Develop long-term capital expenditure plans aligned with business growth.
  • Evaluate technological advancements and lead the adoption of energy-efficient and sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions to complex material and engineering challenges.
  • Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.



The Successful Applicant

Ideally you have an engineering degree and executed both greenfield and brownfield projects for chemicals or allied industries.
