Job Description
- Lead Projects and co-ordinate contribution of all stakeholders from project charter until vertical start-up and agreed sustainable performance is met with
- Lead a Cross Functional Team with a focus on Accurate Project Execution as per agreed time-lines
- Ensures on developing a strong business case, designing and communicating and implementing an operational plan for completing the Engineering Based Manufacturing Project
- Ensure Design Preparation, project control and specifications, schedules,cost estimates,production,transportation,installation,testing/commissioning of new infrastructure,facilities, equipment etc
- Monitor progress and performance against the initial project plans; The leader should take action to resolve operational problems and minimise delays
- Identify, Develop and mentor resources necessary to complete the project
- Prepare Engineering Standards, Design and work specifications,develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts and selecting materials,equipment,project staff and external contractor partners
The Successful Applicant
- 15-25+ years of experience in End to End Project Leadership/Management experience in Food/Beverages of large scale capital intensive projects
- Mandatory exposure of driving End-End Greenfield/Brownfield projects of large scale budgets with multi-disciplinary team leading experience
- Expertise/Certification in program management with an equivalent academic background
- Exposure of working with global teams and managing multi-cultural stakeholders will be desirable
