Job Description

  • Program Leadership
    • Drive end-to-end program life-cycle: concept, design, validation, launch, and post-production.
    • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for all programs.
    • Ensure delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Strategic Alignment
    • Translate corporate strategy into actionable program road-maps.
    • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative solutions.
    • Align product development with global OEM/Tier-1 requirements and industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the central interface between internal leadership, customers, and technology partners.
    • Manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparent communication.
    • Build strong relationships with global automotive customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Team Development
    • Lead and mentor program managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
    • Develop talent pipelines to support growth in advanced technologies.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards.
  • Implement best practices in program governance and quality assurance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education Qualification:Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) with 10-15 years of experience in automotive R&D and program management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Certifications: in PMP/Prince2 or equivalent preferred.
  • Exposure to global OEM/Tier-1 program delivery.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Program Management: Strong background in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Stage-Gate, PMI).
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of automotive market dynamics, customer requirements, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
