We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Professional Services to lead our global services organization for a Valley based startup in the Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance platform. This role will be responsible for driving customer success through implementation, integration, and advisory services, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions.
  • Must have background in managing high velocity deployments
  • Lead the professional services charter for the client.

About Our Client

Our client is based in Seattle & founded around a decade back. They're an Identity access and identity governance platform, built for HR & IT lifecycle management & expanding into newer product lines. While our customers are in the US, we are building out the technology and the support functions in India.

Job Description

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Define and execute the professional services strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and scale a high-performing services team across regions.
  • Develop frameworks for delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.



Service Delivery:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation, migration, and integration projects.
  • Establish best practices for deployment
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards during implementations.



Customer Engagement:

  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts during onboarding and transformation projects.
  • Drive adoption and value realization through consultative engagement.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.



The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:15+ years in professional services leadership roles within enterprise SaaS, Integration Management industries.

Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, would be preferred

Proven track record of managing high velocity implementations and global teams.

Skills:Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
