Job Description

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the insurance vertical.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the FinTech industry to drive innovation in the insurance sector.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Product should have:

  • A degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
