The "Head of Product Management" will lead the product vision, strategy, strengthening the enterprise product suite, and scaling it to the next phase of growth. In this role, one will define the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, GTM, and build a high-performing product team that delivers with velocity and customer-centricity.

The product helps automate employee lifecycle changes from onboarding, role shifts, exits by syncing HR systems with IT apps in real time, ensuring faster productivity, tighter security, and lower costs.

Job Description



  • Own Product Strategy & Vision: Define and refine product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs. Translate the long-term vision into actionable roadmap and milestones.


  • Drive the PDLC End-to-End: Lead the complete product lifecycle from customer research and requirements gathering to UX, development, release, and adoption.


  • Lead & Grow the Product Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a 10+ member product team; enable structured product thinking and innovation across the group.


  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage with global customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and drive product prioritization.


  • Collaboration with Engineering & Design: Work closely with tech leads and design teams to drive effective implementation, maintaining balance between innovation, scale, and security.


  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support GTM efforts, customer adoption, and ongoing engagement.

The Successful Applicant



  • 15 - 20 years of overall experience, with 7 - 8+ years in enterprise product management, ideally in a enterprise application or HR-tech environment.


  • Proven experience in scaling enterprise platforms or applications (HR, identity, security, or related enterprise tech preferred).


  • Strong understanding of B2B product delivery, customer lifecycles, and enterprise integrations.


  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing product roadmaps, influencing C-level stakeholders, and managing product organizations.


  • Hands-on leadership across UX thinking, agile delivery, and outcome-based prioritization.


  • Excellent communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
