Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product Management from D2C/B2C background to lead product strategy and execution for its clientele. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

- Define and own the product vision in alignment with business goals-for both internal initiatives and client-facing solutions.

- Understand market trends and user behavior to craft strategies that solve current problems while anticipating future needs.

Execution Leadership

- Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery, planning, and prioritization to delivery, measurement, and iteration.

- Ensure clarity of vision, scope, and timelines across product, design, and engineering teams.

Team Management

- Mentor and manage a growing team of 3-4 product managers with 3-5 years of experience.

- Foster a high-ownership, high-accountability culture with strong collaboration and autonomy.

Client Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex business needs and technical landscapes through well-structured product thinking.

- Translate client goals into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

Technical & Strategic Expertise

- Deep understanding of project and product management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum).

- Ability to translate abstract concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable execution plans.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech services firms with <100 employees.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills backed by data.

Soft Skills & Leadership

- A proactive problem solver with a bias for action and strong sense of ownership.

- Skilled at driving outcomes in ambiguous environments.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

- Passion for technology and innovation-always pushing the team toward cutting-edge solutions.

The Successful Applicant

- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience: 8-12 years in product roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably from D2C/B2C background.

- Prior experience working in product or delivery roles at tech services companies is strongly preferred.
