Job Description

● Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for the products, including User Onboarding and Journeys, Cross sell, Payments, Fraud and Trust, and Meta functionalities etc., aligning with the company's overall objectives
● Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with machine learning technologies and their application in enhancing platform features, particularly in fraud detection and user engagement
● Leverage data analytics to understand user behaviour and optimise these platform features for improved user experience
● Work closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of platform features
● Lead and mentor a team of product managers and technical experts focused on platform development

The Successful Applicant

● Experience: 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in platform development, payments, financial technology, or consumer digital entertainment sectors.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and building consensus
● Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Comfort with uncertainty and ability to roll up their sleeves to get things done
● High agency and experience working with multiple teams to get things done
● Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on team development and empowerment
