The Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain will oversee all procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations for a fast-growing hospitality group. The role requires building strong sourcing strategies, ensuring quality compliance, and optimizing costs across all categories. You will lead inventory, logistics, and systems integration to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory levels, warehousing, and logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and rigorous receiving inspection processes.
  • Work closely with F&B, operations, finance, and leadership to align supply chain needs.
  • Manage purchasing budgets, conduct spend analysis, and drive cost optimization.
  • Strengthen systems and workflows through ERP/P2P integration and real-time visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Procurement & Supply Chain should have:

  • 15-18 years of procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • A proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost savings.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-location supply chains.
  • Expertise in TCO analysis, forecasting, and procurement technology systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, CPM/CPPM) strongly preferred.
