Job Description

Reporting to the CEO you would be tasked to:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfil procurement needs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards in all procurement activities.
  • Analyse market trends and adapt procurement strategies to remain competitive.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you have min 20 years of experience in procurement from the commercial real estate industry.

You have worked on the client side/developer in a decision making role.
