Strategic Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end supply chain function at the plant, aligning with business and production goals.Develop robust RM & FG planning processes in collaboration with Production, Quality, and Sales teams.Drive demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply continuity strategies.2. Raw Material & Finished Goods Planning and SupplyEnsure timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials to meet production schedules.Oversee FG dispatches to domestic and export customers in line with delivery schedules and compliance standards.Mitigate supply risks through alternate sourcing, safety stock, and proactive planning.3. Inventory ManagementDrive inventory optimization strategies across RM, WIP, and FG while ensuring zero production downtime.Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure ERP data integrity.Achieve inventory KPIs - inventory turns, aging, holding cost, and stock accuracy.4. Supplier Development & ManagementManage and nurture a supplier base of 600-700+ vendors, ensuring performance on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.Lead supplier development initiatives - capability assessments, audits, and continuous improvement programs.Establish strategic sourcing partnerships and cost reduction programs.5. Imports & ExportsManage international procurement and logistics operations for critical raw materials and components.Ensure end-to-end documentation, compliance with customs, and coordination with freight forwarders.Handle export logistics of Finished Goods to global customers in line with trade regulations.6. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead a cross-functional team of planners, buyers, warehouse, logistics, and supplier quality professionals.Drive capability building through structured training, mentoring, and performance management.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.7.
