The client is a leading out-of-hospital health-care provider in India, focused on delivering recovery care, long-term support, and large-scale patient assistance programs. They work with top pharmaceutical companies and insurers to improve patient outcomes through specialised centres and home-based services nationwide.

Job Description



  • Business Strategy & Growth - Define the long-term vision, identify new revenue streams, and build go-to-market plans for pharma clients.


  • Client Engagement & Sales - Build senior-level relationships, lead business pitches, drive account growth, and close contracts.


  • Program Delivery & Operations - Oversee execution of 40+ patient support programs, ensuring high quality, compliance, and performance.


  • Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of ownership and execution excellence.


  • P&L Management - Own revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost optimization for the Pharma Services vertical.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with strong B2B sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked with both MNC and Indian pharma companies. They have a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams across geographies, possess solid P&L management skills, and bring deep understanding of patient support programs and the healthcare ecosystem. Willingness to relocate to Navi Mumbai and strong communication abilities are essential.
