Job Description

  1. Partnership Strategy Development:
    o Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with the firm's business goals.
    o Identify potential partners and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with our mission and objectives.
  2. Partnership Management:
    o Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
    o Negotiate partnership agreements, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  3. Business Development:
    o Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
    o Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives with partners.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    o Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and enhance our offerings.
    o Provide regular updates and insights on partnership performance to senior management.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    o Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Thought Leadership:
    o Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our partnership initiatives.
    o Develop and share thought leadership content to enhance our brand and partnership visibility.

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships or alliances management in Enterprise SaaS - preferably but not limited to fintech. Would be a plus if you have managed BFSI clients before.
Skills:
o Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
o Strong partner success orientation & skills.
o Understanding industry trends, partner and customer imperatives.
o Prior experience of having led & managed a team
