  • Lead and manage end-to-end operational activities within the Chemical Industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Operations should have:

  • A degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale operations in the Chemical Industry with hazardous manufacturing process.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational strategies.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements effectively.
