Head of Operations | Leading Mfg Org - HVAC Systems

Reporting to the MD and VP Ops (APAC) the candidate will be responsible for

• Overseeing end‑to‑end plant operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery while supporting long‑term India growth strategy.
• Leading and optimizing production, planning, quality, maintenance, and material planning to achieve operational excellence, zero‑defect performance, strong equipment availability, and inventory/stock targets.
• Driving strategic goal‑setting, operational KPIs, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and production system initiatives across the plant.
• Ensuring robust manufacturing processes, master scheduling, and delivery planning aligned with sales forecasts, customer needs, and company standards.
• Managing capital investment planning, facility readiness, new plant/line setup, and compliance with EHS rules through proactive corrective and preventive actions.
• Developing operational talent by supervising department managers, maintaining work instructions, and implementing skill‑building and training programs.
