Job Description

  • Production Planning & Control: Expert in planning, scheduling, and monitoring fabrication of pressure vessels, piping spools, and heavy structures to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.


  • Safety & Environment: Strong focus on industrial safety, SOPs, and compliance with HSE norms in high-risk yard environments.


  • Change & Process Improvement: Drives continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and productivity enhancement across departments.


  • Project Management: Manages large-scale CAPEX and process improvement projects with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to all operational and statutory compliance requirements; supports audit readiness.


  • Maintenance & Yard Upkeep: Oversees equipment availability, yard upkeep, and implementation of QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and 5S.


  • Planning & Budgeting: Prepares and manages budgets related to production, maintenance, and resource optimization.


  • Customer Centricity: Builds strong customer relationships and ensures high satisfaction through quality and responsiveness.


  • People Management: Leads and mentors teams, builds capability, ensures role clarity, and fosters a culture of collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

  • BE in Mechanical, Production
  • Specific experience of Fabrication/ Manufacturing / Large Size Fabrication Yards & Construction Site Management
  • Minimum +22 years in Heavy Fabrication, Large Site Fabrication, QC & Inspection experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pressure Vessels / Exotic Piping Spools / Heavy Structures / Process Modules / Heaters.
  • Good knowledge of Materials (CS, SS, LAS), NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT), & Welding Processes.
  • Knowledge of quality & inspection procedures, fabrication and construction work sequences of various products.
  • Adequate knowledge of codes standards such as DIN, ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS
