Head Operations and Production

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be a good people's manager and be an effective listener.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all things related to daily management.
• The candidate will be responsible for driving company's goals and mission and effectively communicate with the concerned teams.
• Must have experience of working in Precision manufacturing Industry.
• Must have Six Sigma Black Belt certification and should be able to demonstrate various examples of effective application of the techniques during his earlier tenures.
• The candidate will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth by assigning and leading Quality Circle projects across the production, assembly and machining teams.
• The candidate should have experience of implementing 5S, lead Kaizen projects and work on Process Improvement projects.
• The candidate must be well versed with Medical Device manufacturing standards.
• Should have hands on experience of Precision manufacturing processes and machines.
• Define Key Performance Areas and Indices for each of the Heads, Team heads to define the same for their teams.
• Create annual activity roadmap and define monthly milestones.
• Ensure effectiveness of monthly review meetings and create a procedure for weekly departmental reviews.
• Create a reporting structure for all the department leaders.
