About Our Client
The entrepreneur is currently establishing a hybrid model (tech plus on ground) with an App and third party coordination points on the ground to 'make the market' through on ground distribution and then 'own the market' through technology.
The Proposition offers loans (micro business loans secured against Property, Gold or unsecured), payment services and wealth products to Small Businesses.
The proposition will create competitive advantage through direct Acquisition, Assessment (proprietary credit algorithm), Analytics and Partnership play with the ecosystem.
- Put the business structures in place and close the loop on product and distributors.
- Define the go to market strategy for the business
- Develop the online and offline distribution model
- Build the offline distribution team
- Acquire and manage the alliances and IFA for MUTUAL FUND product distribution
- Align closely with the CEO to chart the organization's growth path
The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of work experience as a sales leader in AMCs managing IFAS
- Should have worked in an AMC
- Tier2/3 MBA prefered
