1) The role reports to the CEO of the organisation.
2) S/He will be the main brand custodian, will define and re-frame the role of marketing in the group and transform the function & ROI across with focus on digital execution and brand building
3) Craft an integrated approach combining Brand Analytics and Diagnosis, Customer Insight, Value Optimization, and Turning Parity into Distinction Via Superior Brand Communications
The Successful Applicant
1) At least 15+ years of Marketing experience (and a track-record of delivery and
rising through the ranks), ideally in diverse industries showing increasing responsibility and rapid career progression
2) Well-rounded experience in all aspects of Marketing - at Strategic and Execution levels & Brand Development.
3) Strong experience in Innovation Management - defining and building out the product portfolio, and positioning innovations based on sound consumer insights
4) Has worked in partnership with Sales teams to magnify marketing impact
5) Has built, led and developed marketing teams to be fit-for-purpose, and be agile to adapt to rapidly changing environments
