Job Description

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for all Plant operations and expansion projects. Work closely with the Plant heads in order to optimise efficiency's and continuously improve on product delivery.
  • Direct responsibility for setting and achieving key goals for all the manufacturing plants, especially
  • Preparation, approval and control of annual plant budgets.
  • Production planning and control
  • Production, maintenance, Quality assurance activities.
  • Control and monitoring of inventory
  • Warehousing & finished goods inventory control, shipping and logistics.
  • Adhere to labour & pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations, etc.
  • Integrate latest manufacturing technology and best practices from within the company and from other sources leading to optimising manufacturing cost.
  • Feedback from customers on quality of products and initiate necessary measures for further improvement at manufacturing locations.
  • Interact with all external parties to the plant such as local government agencies, legal agencies, local media, and interest groups

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you have 20 years of experience in managing multiple plants at multiple locations across the country.
And can lead multiple plant heads across 3 different clusters in India
