Job Description

  • Lead all logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions across locations
  • Develop and implement inventory management and tracking systems
  • Ensure best practices for artwork handling, packing, and storage
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics budgets
  • Oversee logistics planning for exhibitions
  • Drive process improvement, compliance, and team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Logistics & Warehousing should have:

  • 10+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (preferably in art, luxury, or museum sectors)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing complex, multi-location operations
  • Deep understanding of inventory and asset management systems
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for art, culture, and precision-driven work
