Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
  • Oversee litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization's interests.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on legal matters.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes relevant to the property and public work sectors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong experience in corporate legal advisory and risk management.
  • Expertise in handling contracts, agreements, and legal compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage legal teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
