Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including market analysis, tenant prospecting, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and consultants.
  • Conduct site visits and present properties to potential tenants.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to position the properties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns for promoting retail/office spaces.
  • Prepare leasing reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Address tenant inquiries and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15 years of experience in office or retail leasing within the real estate sector, with a strong network of corporate clients and brokers.
  • Expertise in market analysis, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
