Job Description

  • Design and execute strategic search plans to identify and engage top-tier executive talent within the technology sector.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to gain deep insights into organizational objectives and leadership needs.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of executive recruitment-from sourcing and evaluation to interviews, negotiations, and offer closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of executive-level professionals and industry influencers to support proactive talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best-in-class recruitment practices.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence to enhance search effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years focused on executive hiring within the technology domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex leadership searches across senior levels in tech organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the technology talent landscape, including market dynamics and competitive positioning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
  • Expertise in executive recruitment methodologies, leadership assessment frameworks, and industry best practices.
