Other Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Implement IT Compliance: Ensure IT security standards are applied in the software development lifecycle, manage agreements and SLAs with IT partners, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
2.
Manage Budgets and Technology: Oversee project budgets and expenses, keep track of emerging technologies for potential adoption, and handle the management of software grants and overall IT budget.
3.
Manage and Secure Servers: Oversee the setup, configuration, and security of both physical and virtual servers, ensuring they are protected with the latest technology and managing all related security services and equipment.
4.
Strategic Planning and Agreements: Plan and implement new services and solutions based on business needs and manage agreements and SLAs with partners and data centers.
5.
Oversee IT Hardware and Networking: Manage all hardware procurement, ensure ethical practices in IT asset acquisition, implement IT security, resolve audit-related issues, handle software license management, and oversee IT vendor relationships.
6.
Financial and Compliance Management: Oversee ICT department budget, control expenses, ensure financial sustainability, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations and data protection initiatives.
7.
Staff Development and Productivity Improvement: Foster a cohesive team through leadership, training, and development, and drive productivity improvements through proactive management and technology-based analysis.
