Job Description

As IT Head - General Manager, you will oversee the entire IT function, including infrastructure, applications, governance, and cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enterprise applications (SAP S4HANA, CRM) and ensuring seamless integration
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives such as automation, analytics, and cloud strategy
  • Establishing IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance
  • Leading cybersecurity and risk management programs
  • Optimizing vendor contracts and IT budgets
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing IT team
  • Enhancing employee experience through process improvement and technology enablement



The Successful Applicant

Education: B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or IT

Experience: 15-20 years in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors

Strong expertise in SAP (S4HANA), CRM, infrastructure management, and project management

Certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP are an advantage

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
