Job Description

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversee IT infrastructure operations.
  • Ensure IT systems align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead the IT team and provide technical leadership.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery protocols.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage and report on allocation of IT budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of IT and insurance industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of IT Infrastructure should have:

  • Extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure internal teams and vendor management
  • Experience dealing with large scale servers, data centre management, network management and info sec
  • Previous experience handling AS/400
  • Strong strategic and business mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
